Currently there is no fee to enter and tour JW Natural Area; however this may change in the near future.

Yes, if you come for a 10 am tour, please feel free to bring you suit and stay after the tour for an hour to enjoy the spring and surrounding. There is a limit of 25 persons at the Spring at one time for swimming.

Yes, there is a shorter and more direct route to the well via a caliche path.

Tours are held rain or shine but will be cancelled due to slick ice, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning, and hail or sleet.

Patches are not currently available through the Preserve but we are considering offering them in the near future.
